The ULTIMATE 8-WEEK program is designed for advanced middle school and High School athletes that want to earn a starting spot or compete at the next level.  Strong emphasis is placed on strength and force production. Elite Performance: (Ages 14 - 18)

Designed for High School athletes that want to earn a starting spot or compete at the college level.  Strong emphasis is placed on strength and force production. If you want to put yourself in the best position to win that college scholarship then this training session is for you!

Sessions take place Twice per Week on two of the following 5 possible days:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Sundays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Accelerated Performance: (Ages 11-14): 

Designed for Middle School athletes train twice per week on the efficient movement patterns necessary to make faster cuts, have a more explosive first step, and improve straight ahead speed.  If you want to make the team & beat the competition to the ball, improve your lateral speed, run better routes or improve on your 20, 40 or 60 yard dash then this program is for you!

sessions take place Twice per Week on two of the following 5 possible days:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Sundays from 6:00 - 7:00
Foundational Performance: (Ages 9 - 11): 
Our Youth curriculum places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.
Sessions take place Twice per Week on:
Mondays & Wednesday from 5:00 - 6:00 pm
 

Program includes written athletic assessment performed at the beginning and at the end of the program

Note: Spring 8-week program comprised of 16 sessions starts on Monday March 5th and goes through Thursday May 3rd.  Make up sessions available to accommodate for travel vacation schedule.  No sessions the week of March 12th - 15th due to spring break.
